After earning his undergraduate degree in real estate finance, Mr. Allen developed two apartment communities from the ground up between college and law school, closed somewhere between 1,000 and 2,000 real estate transactions in his law practice and financed (debt and equity) multiple developments.

Mr. Allen is also considered an expert in real estate lead generation. His innovations in this area of the real estate industry include: (1) pioneering the microsite method of real estate advertising, which spread across the nation in approximately 2012 and remains the most effective form of online geographic farming to date; and (2) building a national real estate lead generation company that sold upwards of 1 million leads.
